October zAssociate of the Month belongs to Karla Santaella, our boomerang superstar who came back stronger than ever in April 2021! From Account Coordinator to McDonald's Account Supervisor, she's proven that home is where the heart (and the best coworkers) are. Her secret? Building genuine connections across every corner of our building.
Karla completed her Master's while working full-time, devours 100+ books yearly, and mentors’ interns with genuine care. Between daily pilates, beach therapy, and comedy shows, she maintains her expert status as a chicken tender connoisseur and Bills fan. Now that's work-life balance goals!
