Maxwell Bethke
Meet our zAssociate of the Month, Maxwell Bethke, Jr. Strategist. Having started as an intern, returning to Zimmerman as a Junior Strategist was a full-circle moment.
Beyond working with cool clients, soaking up wisdom from seasoned pros, and making great friends, Max’s favorite perk is the occasional free Jet’s Pizza. Since joining, he’s most proud of stepping up, building trust, and paying it forward by mentoring our newest class of interns.
On his day off, you’ll find Max playing soccer, hitting the golf course, cheering on the USF Bulls, or practicing Korean.
