Tuition Reimbursement Program

Zimmerman promotes continued education and encourages associates to take advantage of our reimbursement program. All Zimmerman associates are eligible for this benefit after one (1) year of continuous employment. Zimmerman will pay a portion of tuition costs for courses and seminars related to our business up to $2,500 per year based on the grade received.

 

Here is how it works:

  1. The associate must fill and sign a Tuition Reimbursement Form.
  2. Attach all logistical information to the Tuition Reimbursement Form including course syllabus, proof of course cost, and quotes for miscellaneous costs (airfare, hotel, etc.)
  3. Once all the necessary information is collected, the Department Manager needs to sign the form.​
  4. Turn in the signed Tuition Reimbursement Form with all logistical information and price quotes to Mike Anderson.
  5. All approval signatures and email the fully signed Tuition Reimbursement Form back to the associate.
  6. Upon completion of the course, the associate should fill out an Expense Report in which they submit the approved Tuition Reimbursement Form that was previously emailed to them, the proof of payment, and any proof of training/event attendance.

Employee Stock Purchase Program

Zimmerman offers an Employee Stock Purchase Plan where employees have the option to purchase Omnicom Group stock at a discounted rate. You are eligible to join the ESPP after six months of employment.

 

Enrollment Process:

You can enroll in the plan after 6 months of employment by completing the Employee Stock Purchase Plan Enrollment Form and a Form W-9.  You may elect to contribute from 1% to 10% (in whole percentages only) of your regular base pay, which will be withheld from each paycheck.  Enrollment forms for the next plan quarter must be submitted by the end of each quarter.

 

Contribution Changes:

Current participants may elect to make changes to their contribution percentage.  To do so, please complete the ESPP Change Form.  Contribution percentage changes can only be made effective as of the beginning of each plan quarter.

 

ESPP Program:

Participation in the ESPP allows you to purchase shares of Omnicom Group Inc. common stock at a 5% discount.  Shares are allocated to your ESPP account after the end of each plan quarter.  Computershare is the plan administrator.

Account Information:

Participants with an account balance can access their information on the EQUATEPLUS website at https://www.equateplus.com/.

 

Please note that when you log on for the first time, you will be prompted to change your current PIN.  Your new PIN will then be used for both the website and the voice response system going forward.

401K Retirement Program

Invest in yourself and your future by opting in to Omnicom’s 401(k) plan. In order to be elegible you must be atleast 18 years of age. You are elegible to contribute once you receive your very first paycheck.

 

Employee Contributions

  1. You may choose to contribute any percentage of your eligible pay on a pretax basis, up to the annual amount of $18,000
  2. If you are age 50+ or reach 50 by the end of the year AND you will contribute the full $18,000.00 by 12/31, you may elect to make additional catch-up contributions in the amount of $6,000
  3. You are always 100% vested in your Employee 401(k) contributions
  4. The vesting schedule does not apply to your contributions

Discretionary Employer Contributions

  1. Zimmerman will match 50% of the first 4% of annual compensation
  2. Company match contributions are allocated some time after the end of the plan year to participants who are actively employed at year-end and who have been credited 1,000 hours of service during the plan year

Employee Referral Program

Zimmerman Advertising is hiring for various roles throughout the Agency. If you know someone that would be a great addition to the Zimmerman team, take the time and make the formal referral to Human Resources and you could make up to $1,000 as an active Zimmerman associate!  

 

Here’s the process:

  1. Email Carlos Andrade, Valeria Beltran and Mike Anderson with the name and resume or LinkedIn profile link of the person you are referring. The referral should be aware of the introduction.
  2. Once the referral is interviewed, hired and completes one year of employment, you will receive $1,000 bonus for the referral.
